Takeown / F "C:\Windows\system32\drivers\raspppoe.sys"
Icacls "C:\Windows\system32\drivers\raspppoe.sys"/ grant administrators: F

Then paste in the Command Prompt window, by right click> select Paste> press Enter. If no mistakes please close the Command Prompt.

Open the folder C:\Windows\system32\drivers and then change the file name raspppoe.sys be raspppoe0.sys then restart your computer.

Registering again "raspppoe.sys" by opening Run> type regsvr32 raspppoe.sys> press Enter.
