Install Google Chrome Ubuntu

For the distro Ubuntu Linux version 10.04/10.10/11.04/11.10/12.04 or 12.10, it has a default browser Mozilla Firefox. Install Chrome Ubuntu

To install google chrome on ubuntu with the following steps:

First visit the official Google Chrome website address below to download it.

Then select the version of Ubuntu/ Debian 32bit. See the figure below (If you are using 64bit Ubuntu, then you should choose the version of Ubuntu/ Debian 64bit) then click the button "Accept and Install".

Once successfully downloaded, open the directory or folder where you saved the file. Usually in a Linux system is / home / user_name / Downloads. Then install the file with the command:

sudo dpkg-i google-chrome-stable_current_i386.deb

If there is a problem regarding the lack of dependency files, you can use this command to install chrome in ubuntu:

sudo apt-get-f install

For Chromium version, you can install with ease via the Ubuntu Software Center or Synaptic Package Manager. After you successfully install chrome on ubuntu, please try and use it well.
